ART 201 - Introduction to Digital Arts: Computer Graphics

Page history last edited by William Cromar 9 months ago

This is a course in which students work with vector graphics, raster graphics and text layout programs. The purpose of the course is to give an introduction to how computer hardware and software can be used to produce works of art and design, which can be exhibited electronically and also in print. It provides the first step for students interested in realizing their artwork using computers to develop and realize it.

This course may be taken by non-majors, and by majors as the initial course in the New Media concentration in Art.
